CHAN KIAT
Managing Director, Singapore
Kiat is responsible for day-to-day operations of the firm. Prior to co-founding Archipelago, Kiat served as Executive VP of Investments at Singapore Post Limited (SingPost). Before SingPost, Kiat was a key member of the Corporate Finance Practice in South East Asia at McKinsey & Company. Kiat started his career as an engineer at Shell, after completing his undergraduate studies on a Shell Merit Scholarship. Kiat holds a B.Eng. (First Class) from National University of Singapore and a M.B.A from INSEAD.
LIM ENG KHIM
Managing Director, Indonesia
Eng Khim is responsible for the firm’s Indonesia coverage. Prior to joining Archipelago, Eng Khim was the CEO of PT Berlina Tbk (Berlina) and concurrently the Group COO of PT Dwi Satrya Utama. Before this, Eng Khim was the COO for two separate banks in Indonesia, Bank BII-Maybank and Bank Lippo. Eng Khim started his career at Jones Lang Wootton, before joining the Corporate Finance Practice of McKinsey & Company in South East Asia. Eng Khim holds a B.Business in Property and a B.Business in Economics and Finance (Honours) from University of South Australia, and a MSc. in Investments, Securities and Investment Banking from Reading University.
TRACY YUAN
Analyst
Tracy completed an internship at Archipelago before formally joining as an analyst. She is primarily responsible for market research, transaction support and corporate performance analysis. Tracy holds an MSc. in Finance from Imperial College London, as well as a BSc. (Hons) in Economics & Finance from University of Southampton.
Jovasky Pang
Chief Executive Officer
Jovasky oversees the operations of Archipelago and is responsible for firm-wide strategic planning. Prior to co-founding Archipelago, Jovasky worked with Fullerton Financial Holdings (FFH), an investment arm of Temasek Holdings. Upon joining Temasek in 2004, he was seconded to Bank Danamon to lead their SME & Commercial Business. Later appointments at FFH include Global Head of SME & Commercial Banking and CEO of BOC Fullerton Community Bank. Jovasky started his career at McKinsey & Company and was a founding member of its Financial Institution Practice in South East Asia. Jovasky holds a B.A. (Honours) and M.A. in Philosophy, Politics and Economics from Oxford University.

Dominic Heng
Investment Director
Dominic Heng is an Investment Director responsible for portfolio management, research, due diligence and value creation. Prior to joining Archipelago, Dominic was Head, Strategic Investments and Integration at Singapore Post responsible for strategic partnerships, acquisitions, divestments and post-merger integration. Before Singapore Post, he worked in Delfi Limited and Singapore Telecommunications in Corporate Finance and M&A roles. Dominic started his career as a Senior Engineer at Systems on Silicon Manufacturing Company. Dominic has a Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering (Honours) from Nanyang Technological University and an MBA from Judge Business School, University of Cambridge.
Shelley Zhang, CFA
Investment Director
Shelley is mainly responsible for investment evaluation and post investment management. Prior to joining Archipelago, Shelley worked at Fubon Bank China, overseeing daily operations and credit risk management for Fubon Bank Beijing Branch. She also worked for Fullerton Financial Holdings for more than 7 years, where she gained in-depth knowledge and rich experience in the field of micro finance. Shelley is a Chartered Financial Analyst® charterholder and holds an FRM designation. She earned an MBA degree from Tsinghua University.
Xiuling Seow
Finance Director
Xiu Ling is responsible for daily financial operations as well as tax compliance of the firm. She brings with her more than 20 years of experience in finance related functions in various industries. Xiu Ling started her career at Ernst & Young as an external auditor before joining Frasers Centrepoint. She had also spent 6 years at Fullerton Financial Holdings in finance and corporate planning roles. She was also Vice President, Financial Control & Planning at Senoko Energy. Prior to joining Archipelago, she managed the finances of 2 fast growing global tech companies as Finance Director. Xiu Ling holds a Bachelor of Accountancy (Honours) degree from Nanyang Technological University. She is a member of the Institute of Singapore Chartered Accountants and is also a CFA®️ Charterholder.
Sueli Lew
Operating Partner
Sueli is an operating partner for Archipelago focusing on the fund's consumer sector investments. Previously, Sueli has led many large scale corporate transformations and turnaround in sectors as diverse as consumer goods, retail and oil & gas. She has previously held senior marketing & operational roles with Avon Cosmetics and Tesco. Sueli started her career as a Chartered Accountant in London before joining McKinsey & Company in South East Asia. She holds a Bsc (Econs) Accounting & Finance from the London School of Economics and an Executive MBA from Harvard Business School.
Yi Long Chng
Associate
Yi Long is responsible for firm finance, accounting, operations and administration functions. Prior to joining Archipelago, Yi Long worked at Citco Fund Services for 6 years where he serviced many private equity and venture capital clients in Asia. Yi Long holds a Bachelor of Accountancy (Honours) from Nanyang Technological University and is a Chartered Accountant of Singapore.
David Ngo
Associate
David joined Archipelago from Fortman Cline, where he spent 6 years in M&A advisory. He has led multiple successful M&A transactions and has experience in industries such as logistics, consumer goods and pharmaceuticals. At Archipelago, he will focus on deal execution and portfolio management. David graduated from the University of the Philippines with a degree in business administration and accountancy. He is also a certified CPA.
Tricia Goh
Associate
Tricia is responsible for investor relations. She also looks after portfolio management, particularly in ACP’s consumer portfolio. She previously worked in public relations at the Singapore Business Federation, with focus on China, North Asia. She has also played a crucial role in the expansion and corporate strategy of Kopi Kenangan/Kenangan Coffee, particularly in the Malaysian market. Tricia holds a BSc. (Hons) in Banking and Finance from the University of London.
Jing Cui
Investment Analyst
Jing had previous experience working at multiple venture capital firms, covering both equity and debt investments. She holds a BBA (Hons) with a specialisation in Finance from the National University of Singapore.
Vanessa Antallan
Analyst
Vanessa is responsible for market research, investment analysis, and portfolio management at Archipelago. She began her career at Citigroup, rotating through Technology, Operations and Acquisition divisions. Vanessa then gained experience in Private Debt and Venture Capital in the Philippines. She holds a postgraduate degree in Finance from Imperial College London and a double honours degree in Applied Economics and Business Management from De La Salle University Manila.
Yang Ningning
ESG Officer
Ningning is responsible for integrating Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) considerations into the firm and across all investments, as well as for portfolio monitoring and reporting on ESG and its impact. Before joining Archipelago, she served as an ESG Manager at JA Solar, where she spearheaded the development of ESG systems, led improvements in ESG performance, managed ESG considerations for both the company and its supply chain, and facilitated sustainability cooperation with global stakeholders. She had also worked with PwC's ESG Practice. Ningning holds a B.A in Sociology from the Australian National University.
Lee Yuan Ling
Office Manager
Yuan Ling joined Archipelago as its Office Manager and also provides executive support for its partners. Prior to joining Archipelago, Yuan Ling worked at China Enterprises Chamber of Commerce in Malaysia. She holds a Bachelor Degree in Chinese Studies from University Putra Malaysia.
